We took our semi-annual trip down to Ruffin's Roost for the Fall show. We had our fair share of trials and tribulations making it down to Mount Pleasant, NC this time, but we were able to make it and set up in spite of it all. Tiffany's farm had just been visited by Hurricane Michael who had knocked out the power for the whole farm and surrounding area. The show went on and was lively throughout all of Saturday. Due to the challenges and restrictions that the weather had forc
The Co-op warehouse will be travelling once again down to Ruffin's Roost farm to sell our goods under the big walnut tree. If you get a chance, come down to Mount Pleasant, North Carolina and experience Fall on the Farm with us! We'll be posting on our instagram @theco_opwarehouse as well as our facebook page and updating this blog when we get back from the show. Look out for pictures and a bonus video of the event! The information and details are on the flyer below: #travel
The energy at the Summer Market was amazing! Instead of the two spaces we got last time, we set up in three. There was a great balance of local artisans, re-finished pieces, architectural salvage and antique beauties. Flowers and succulents were everywhere. The only downside was that on the morning of the show, Emily got bit by a cat. If you visit in Fall, do NOT pet the black and white cat no matter how friendly it may seem. As Elvis once said, she's the devil in disguise.
This weekend we set up shop at the Milton Pumpkin Festival grounds for the first annual Spring Vintage Market. Salvaged to Sassy orchestrated the event. She can be found at https://salvagedtosassy.weebly.com/ as well as facebook and instagram. #show #westvirginia #salvagedtosassy #thegathering
Once again we're at Ruffin's Roost, but this time spring has sprung! We got to reconnect with the friends we made in fall and set up in our very same spot underneath the big walnut tree. The vendors really brought out the good pieces for this show! It was pretty hot in the south and I wasn't sure we would make it without melting, but we've all made it home in one piece. We'll be setting up again in the fall, so check back with us to stay updated on our travels. We'll be posti
Over the weekend we were invited to set up at the farm of Ruffin's Roost. We were more than happy to take the trip down to Mount Pleasant, NC and set up shop. We were fully immersed in the autumn season of cotton wreathes and falling leaves. Tiffany, the host of the show, was very hospitable and the patrons were all very personable and friendly. We've been invited back to our spot under the big walnut tree for the show in Spring. Stay tuned for updates! #ruffinsroost #show #t
